Our mission is to provide a quality program for parents, students, and schools about the K-16 education process. College-Going Culture happens at home, in the community, and in the school and it starts with good, accurate information and the motivation to move in a direction that allows all students the opportunity to go to college. Let's work together to make this college process a reality!

How we provide resources for this process:
1. We work with families on an individual basis
Through Counseling-4-College, we work together to provide the items below:
- A free consultation about your child's needs and what you expect to achieve
- Help with study skills
- A 4-year plan that meets the needs of your student
- An evaluation of your student's high school experience
- A career assessment and an interpretation of the results
- Help with the college selection and application process
- A list of scholarship searches and help with the FAFSA
- Help for students with learning difficulties
- Help for 1st generation college-bound or low income students
- Help for immigrant students
- Information about NCAA eligibility for student athletes
- A plan to transition from high school to college for both the student and the parent
2. We educate parents
Our educational literacy program is delivered in your elementary, middle, or high school during a 2-hour presentation. By the end of the program you will:
- Understand the educational acronyms that are used in the college application process
- Understand the state standards for college admissions
- Be able to plan appropriately for the future
- Havie a plan for financing a college education
3. We work in high schoolsOur program offers a list of options for high schools that:
- Do not have a counseling program or a counselor
- Want to evaluate their "College-Going Culture" and use data to drive actionable change
- Would like professional development for the staff
- Need additional information to work with special student populations
